Latornell Webinar #2 | Connecting Planning and Ecology
Natural heritage studies provide direction for protection of natural features and functions in the land use planning process and the recommendations of these studies need to directly address how they are implemented in land use planning. This session will provide an overview of key planning instruments such as official plans and zoning by-laws and will then, using examples and approaches, focus on how study findings and recommendations can most effectively make their way into planning approvals.

Duration: 2 hours

We are looking forward to the November webinar, which is the second in a new series of professional development opportunities known as the Latornell Leadership Project that we have planned for the fall/winter of 2020-2021. Stay tuned for more information about our upcoming offerings!

Nov 19, 2020 09:30 AM in Eastern Time (US and Canada)
