After the auction, arrangements will be made for pick-up or delivery of your purchases.

*Please note, lots are sold “as is” without recourse. Neither the Charity nor the auctioneer may give any warranty of any kind as to any of the lots, nor shall they be liable in any manner for any error in description, faults or defects. All warranties and conditions implied by law are hereby excluded. No person shall have recourse against the Charity or the auctioneer for any irregularity or illegality in the sale, in the conduct of the sale, or of the lots. Wines will be displayed before the auction. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect them so as to satisfy himself or herself of their condition. The wine offered for sale at the auction may not have been tested by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario. The purchaser of the wine by way of the auction is required by law to acknowledge this in writing.
