Description

The purpose of this webinar is to disseminate the ABA work at MPG. During this webinar we will go through MPG's approach to ABA, including our focus on natural environment teaching styles, neurodiversity affirming and anti - ableist practices, as well as our creative approach to service delivery. We will then explore how MPG puts this into action through professional development, trainings, supervision, and ongoing support.

Participants will learn:

1. A detailed overview of MPG and the types of services we provide
2. Insurance vs. private pay models for service
3. MPG core values for ABA service provision
4. How we incorporate these core values into initial trainings, professional development and ongoing supervision

In her role as Senior Director, Dr. Kornblum oversees a staff of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA), behavior therapists and certified special educators who provide academic and therapeutic support in schools, homes and communities throughout the NYC metro area for learners ages 2-21+. She additionally coordinates with special education attorneys, families and school staff in order to provide needed testimony and support, as well as to maximize treatment integrity and outcomes.
