Holmesglen Private Hospital invites General Practitioners to attend this live, online and interactive meeting presented by Dr Andrew Tay, Mr Kevin Chu, Mr John Kourambas and Mr Chris Love.

This activity aims to increase knowledge & depth of understanding amongst GP's of key learnings around timely investigations & management of Men’s Health & associated complications, as presented in primary care. It also aims to assist GP's in the management pathways for their male patients & provide pathways for referral in a timely manner.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Identify & discuss the consequences of delaying treatment of urological & oncology outcomes in the COVID era.
2. Discuss & describe medical therapies & treatment options currently available for Ca Prostate, including PSA screening.
3. Identify patients presenting in the primary setting with kidney stones & understand the progression of kidney stone disease & its impact on the patient.
4. Discuss & describe new prostate treatment options for men, including Urolift treatment options as a staged approach to treatment of BPH.

Mr John Kourambas
Urologist @Holmesglen Private Hospital
Mr John Kourambas has been a Consultant Urologist in Melbourne since 2000. He was admitted as a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Surgeons in 1998 and has completed two Fellowships overseas. The first was at the esteemed John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford in the United Kingdom and the second was as Endo Urology Fellow at Duke University Medical Centre in the USA. He is currently the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand's Endourology Special Advisory Group Leader.
Mr Kevin Chu
Urologist @Holmesglen Private Hospital
Mr Kevin Chu graduated from the University of Cambridge, England. He completed his urologic training in Melbourne and underwent further fellowship training in robotic surgery. He consults and operates at Holmesglen Private as well as a public position at Western Hospital.
Dr Christopher Love

Dr Love graduated from Monash University in 1978 and spent the early part of his career at Prince Henry's Hospital (Melbourne) and in Sydney as a Urology Registrar. In 1986 he returned to Melbourne where he finished up his Urology training at St Vincent's and then worked in San Francisco. He's been involved in male health for nearly three decades. A specialist in urological prosthetics, Dr Love uses a range of treatments from medication to the latest surgical techniques to treat men with erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence, particularly in men experiencing those problems after prostate cancer surgery. He is the largest volume, and most experienced, penile implant surgeon in Australia. He also treats men with Peyronie's disease, and is on the forefront of treating that condition also, utilizing the latest injectable treatments and performing, where necessary, complex reconstructive procedures.
