How WebMD Develops Leaders By Focusing on Wellbeing
What is the connection between wellbeing and learning and development? This proved to be a critical question for Andrea Herron, Head of People at WedMD, especially given their leadership in wellness.

As Andrea championed WebMD’s mission to improve people’s lives through whole person-focused wellbeing, she discovered that wellbeing was the key to their learning and development programs. Without it, their development programs simply didn’t have the efficacy and scale needed to work.

Join a conversation between Andrea Herron and Imperative’s Aaron Hurst, about how she launched peer coaching on Imperative, allowing WebMD to scale their wellbeing and development programs to an increasingly remote workforce.

After this webinar, you'll walk away with:

-Understanding of the critical role wellbeing plays in learning and development

-Insight into how an innovative HR leader is transforming how WebMD supports the wellbeing of their managers

-Actionable ideas for how to bring this to life at your organization
