Andrea Herron is a seasoned HR Executive, author of "There's an Elephant in Your Office," and host of the HR Scoop podcast. She is a passionate advocate for addressing mental health in the workplace, bolstering diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and tenaciously strives to implement values driven leadership and a healthy sense of humor in every workplace. Andrea earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
