Are you currently completing your teacher training via university, Teach First or School Direct and wanting to secure your first teaching job in a school that will support and develop you?
Ark is a network of 39 schools in the UK. Our aim is to give every student, regardless of their background, access to a great education and real choices in life. Our dedicated two-year Early Career Teacher programme is designed to support you through your first few years of teaching to ensure you successfully pass your induction period and continue to impact the classroom positively.
Join us on Monday 30th January at 4pm to learn more about our ECT programme and how we support new teachers with a structured course that focuses on both career development and your wellbeing.

Sign up to our 45 minute webinar to hear from a current Early Career Teacher, one of our ECT tutors and get more information on how to apply. There will also be a chance for you to ask our panel any questions from what to expect in your ECT year to advice on securing that first role.

The session will include:
