Bill Ramsey brings over fifteen years of market experience to his position as a principal at KTGY, from design guidelines and site planning, to programming, schematic design and construction documents. He is a licensed architect in California, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Washington, and Texas.
Jenni Nichols
Director of DesignLens @John Burns Real Estate Consulting
Jenni Nichols has over 15 years of experience in the housing industry. She co-founded the New Home Trends Institute at John Burns Real Estate Consulting to bring data to consumer and design trends. As Director of DesignLens, she scouts and analyzes the best housing projects from across the country to feature in the DesignLens database. Deepening her pulse on housing design trends, Jenni serves as chair of the New Home Trends Institute’s Housing Design Trends council. Along with supporting clients with their design and trend inquiries, she also consults with developers and builders planning their communities and fine tuning their home designs. Before joining John Burns Real Estate Consulting in 2014, Jenni gathered years of experience in housing market research, marketing, and design support at Bassenian Lagoni Architects.
