Have you used apps or virtual tools to support your mental health and/or substance use health? What was your experience? We want to hear from you!
Your input will help to shape future research ideas, proposals and plans in the digital health space.
In this free public event, we’re seeking your input on digital mental health and substance use health care. From mindfulness and meditation apps to gamified tools and virtual therapy programs, the objective of this event is to capture public input about what’s working and where improvements can be made. Together we’ll gain new perspectives on mental health and substance use health apps and digital tools.
