Owner @Garner Properties & Management

Chris Garner is the owner of Garner Properties & Management, the largest single family management company in Detroit, with over 1,600 properties under management. Chris has over 20 years experience in Real Estate Investments and Property Management. He attended Ferris State University for Business Administration and specializes in property management, real estate investments, brokerage, account management, client relations, rental markets, residential rehab & rent-up, and Section 8.

Rima Patel

COO / General Counsel @CS Equities

Rima Patel joined CS Equities as Chief Operations Officer and General Counsel in February 2015, and is responsible for the operations and the delivery of legal services to the Company. She received her B.A. in Business Administration and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. She is licensed to practice law in the States of Florida and Alabama. CS Equities owns and manages approximately 900 Units through its affiliated property management company Omega Realty Group. Rima and her team have grown the companies from 100 units to 900 units and over $100m of assets under management throughout the State of Alabama. Rima is responsible for all aspects of the Capital Market Financing and Investor Relations. To date she has led the financing of fifteen (15) packages with CoreVest.
