Dr Kasliwal is the Chairman, Division of Clinical & Preventive Cardiology, Community Outreach Program, Medanta the Medicity

Dr. Ravi R Kasliwal has a distinguished Cardiology career spanning more than 4 decades after receiving medical education and training from the finest institutions.
He mentors Diplomate National Board of Cardiology fellows and also Fellowship Program in Clinical, Preventive and Non-Invasive Cardiology (FCPNC) . He also mentors physicians from India and abroad in the fields of Echocardiography Preventive Cardiology.
Amongst the more than 275 national and international awards he also received the prestigious Dr B C Roy National Award for the year 2004 by Bharat Ratna Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, the then President of India. Subsequently received two more awards from Late Dr Kalam.
He has 330 Scientific Research Papers to his credit and he is the founder Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Clinical & Preventive Cardiology (JCPC) and also “Applied Echocardiography in Coronary Artery Disease”.
His FATHER, Dr. (Col) R. M. Kasliwal was personal physician to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and he was the Principal of SMS Medical College Jaipur. He was a revered physician and teacher. The father and son wrote a book “ The Impact of NETAJI and INA on INDIA’s Independence”
He is the current President of South Asian Society of Atherosclerosis & Thrombosis (SASAT). Past President of Indian Academy of Echocardiography (IAE) among others.
Also established Community Outreach Program to provide free cardiac care to community at grass root level which has successfully completed two decades.
