She is responsible for technology and digital capabilities for customers and internal staff. This includes strategy, roadmap, architecture, delivery, support services as well as P&L accountabilities. Over the last 25 years, she has led significant technology transformations across large and complex organisations. Jacqueline has held several C-level positions globally in the telecommunications, media and entertainment industries. She has been a key player in creating industry game changes and shifting the paradigms for her customers. Technological progress, ubiquitous access to technology and technology to improve our lives are her passions. Paul Lewis (Global CTO, Board Advisor, and Educator ) As a Global CTO, Paul leads technology evangelism, client executive advocacy and business strategy especially related to Digital Transformation and Social Innovation through his career as CTO and Senior Executive Technologist of multi-vertical organizations from startups to large business services providers. Through various technology and industry publications, Paul interprets and translates complex technology trends such as Digital Transformation, Agile IT, Data Mobility, Governance, IoT, Analytics, and the role of the CxO. As a trusted adviser to the CIO/CTO community, his explicit goal is to ensure clients’ problems are solved and opportunities realized through the use of ecosystems of technology, and information. Paul also serves as a member of the Masters of Business Analytics (MBAN) advisory board at Schulich School of Business, IT Media Group’s advisory board and the Trusted Advisory Board proving guidance on compelling issues and topics for CIOs and the vendors that serve them. Alexander Schlager (Chief Product Officer Cybersecurity @Verizon) Alexander Schlager is the Chief Product Officer for Cybersecurity. at Verizon Business. His background in computer sciences, telecommunications and business administration enables him to cover a wide range of disciplines in ICT. He has over 20 years of experience within the industry which includes application development, infrastructure operations, design and implementation of near and offshore operational models, management of global outsourcing programs as well as sales and service management. Schlager joined Verizon Business in 2012 as the Country Manager for the DACH region, and prior to that held various positions at T-Systems and Cisco.
