She has worked with over 200 organizations including libraries, schools, government agencies, foundations, and nonprofit organizations. She is the co-author of FIVE ELEMENTS OF COLLECTIVE LEADERSHIP FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD.
Monica Brinkerhoff

Monica Brinkerhoff, MSW, is the Organization and Employee Development Director at Child-Parent Centers, Inc., the Head Start grantee for southeastern Arizona. She is the co-author of FIVE ELEMENTS OF COLLECTIVE LEADERSHIP FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD.
Fiona Stewart
Program Director @Child Care Alliance of Los Angeles
Fiona has worked as a teacher and director in early childhood programs, a college instructor, grant administrator, program director, consultant, and trainer. She is currently the Program Director of the Child Care Alliance of Los Angeles, a network of child care resource and referral, and alternative payment agencies across the county. She oversees county-wide collaborative programs, including the Gateways for Early Educators™ professional development system and the California Early Care & Education Workforce Registry. She is the author of BUILDING TOGETHER: Collaborative Leadership in Early Childhood Systems.
