One of the silver linings of the pandemic is the fact that it has highlighted the need for more self-care, emotional and mental health support, and a greater appreciation for the human experience. After all, we are not AI-driven robots… we think and feel and experience pain, sadness, anxiety and depression, especially in the face of great challenge such as the pandemic.
