Reinaldo Germano of Fousquare ITP will provide an overview of findings from the October 2022 APTP report “Transit Workforce Shortage: Root Causes, Potential Solutions, and the Road Ahead” Foursquare ITP and EBP authored. This report synthesizes the findings from phase one of the study, which included surveys of transit agencies across the country and background research into the causes of the shortage.

Brian Funk and Alec Johnson of Metro Transit will bring local perspective, highlighting current initiatives and future strategies to address the ongoing transit operator shortage.
