Leading with Empathy & Allyship: Understanding Intergenerational Trauma & Its Impact in the Workplace
Join Change Catalyst Founder & CEO Melinda Briana Epler with Michael Thomas, Shareholder at Ogletree Deakins to discuss Intergenerational Trauma & Its Impact in the Workplace.

We'll discuss the deep intergenerational trauma experienced by historically marginalized groups, that is passed from generation to generation. We'll explore how that can show up physically, emotionally and spiritually; what some triggers are; how we can recognize and heal these in ourselves; and how we can collectively recognize and correct continued trauma and make space for healing.

This event will have live captioning (White Coat Captioning) and ASL interpreters (Interpreter Now). Please indicate any other accessibility needs in your registration, or email contact@changecatalyst.co

* Your answers to demographic questions will never be shared with anyone. We only use this information in aggregate form to measure the diversity of attendees and speakers at our events and hold ourselves accountable for reaching a diverse audience.
