WEBINAR: Door To Door - Microtransit In The Twin Cities

Book a ride with “door-to-door” service without Uber or Lyft prices? In many parts of the Twin Cities you can. Open a local microtransit app, key in your destination, and a minibus makes a curbside pick-up in a matter of minutes. Rides cost only $2 - $5 per trip.

Microtransit entered the region in 2015 with a pilot project called SouthWest Prime in Eden Prairie. Minibuses now crisscross 16 different communities, from suburban cities like Osseo and Eagan to neighborhoods in North Minneapolis. Minibus fleets are expanding, ridership is growing, and the first all-electric 18 passenger minibus just came online in Burnsville. This is a very exciting time for microtransit.
