Fernando Mello
Informed Delivery Program Manager @USPS
Fernando Mello has been the Program Manager for Informed Delivery since March of 2020. In this role, he leads the development of new features and enhancements for the Informed Delivery platform. The program mission is to provide mailers the ability to engage users through an integrated mail and digital marketing campaign that generates additional consumer impressions, interactions, and insights. Prior to joining Informed Delivery, Fernando was a Project Management Specialist in the Product Innovation Support team for two years. This role involved research and analysis on market trends and emerging technology relating to the shipping industry, with a focus on product returns.
