No stranger to the palm oil industry, Mohammad Hafezh looks to ultimately get the Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) certification scheme to be globally accepted as a valid economic tool in ensuring that MSPO certified palm oil are responsibly and sustainably produced. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysian Palm Oil Certification Council from 15 February 2021. Besides his experience in the palm oil industry, Mohammad Hafezh has more than 20 years working experience with various organisations where his technical competencies gave him the edge in rallying the palm oil stakeholders towards driving success. He has a vast experience in market development, industry and government relations, communications, market analysis, project management and planning. Mohammad Hafezh, 41, holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Multimedia University (MMU) and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the National University of Malaysia (UKM)

Dr. Kasdi Subagyono is the Chairman of ISPO Secretariat/Secretary General at the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA), Indonesia. Prior to his current assignment, he has held strategic positions at the MoA. His area of expertise includes agriculture policy and planning, hydrology, soil conservation, and climate change.
