Kim Kelly, PharmD, FCCP, BCPS, CPC, CEC, CDTC

Dr. Kelly is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy, and his research and experience spans multiple publications, participation on editorial boards, journal review panels, and committee involvement with various professional organizations. He served as (among others) Director of the Metabolic Support Service at Truman Medical Center; President of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP); Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ACCP Research Institute; and became a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy in 1985. He is a Certified Diabetes Technology Clinician (DTS), a Certified Professional Coder (AAPC) and a Certified Endocrine Coder (AACE). Dr. Kelly additionally serves as faculty for Children with Diabetes and serves on the Board of Directors of the College Diabetes Network.
Orville Kolterman, MD
Chief Medical Officer @Pendulum Therapeutics
Dr. Kolterman is an internationally respected diabetes expert and has successfully brought four glucose-lowering pharmaceuticals from research trials to market. He also served as chief medical officer of Amylin Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Kolterman received both his MD and his endocrinology training at Stanford School of Medicine. He has been involved in diabetes care for nearly 50 years.

Virginia holds faculty appointments with the University of New Mexico and serves as clinician faculty for the endocrinology Project ECHO Clinic (Endo ECHO), which trains and supports primary care providers in rural and underserved communities to improve their knowledge and skill in endocrinology care. Ms. Valentine has provided professional education on a state, national and international level. Her delivery always includes participation and instills a sense of confidence and willingness to try something new.
Kristin Neusel, MS, RDN, LD, CDCES
Senior Manager, Diabetes Education and Patient Engagement @Pendulum Therapeutics
Prior to her role with Pendulum, Kristin was the Senior Clinical Educator for Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, focusing on glucose and lipid metabolism for people with rare and ultra-rare genetic diseases, during which time she cultivated her passion for diabetes-focused therapeutics and became a CDCES. Kristin completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Southern Illinois University with a minor in Spanish. After serving in several roles on the St. Louis Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics board, she is now president of this organization.
