Five Steps to Jump Start Your Cybersecurity Program
The risks are real, so why is it so challenging for small to medium-sized organizations to get a cybersecurity program off the ground? In this session, we'll explore a few of the cyber risks faced by the local government, healthcare and education sectors. We'll also tackle some of the roadblocks organizations can encounter when trying to make headway in mitigating these risks, and how to get around them. While cybersecurity can be complex and technical, we'll stay (mostly) out of the weeds, instead focusing on strategy and guiding principles.
