Here are this week's recipes!

Smoky Paloma
1 ½ oz Peloton de la Muerte Mezcal
1 oz St. Elder Pamplemousse Pink Grapefruit
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
2 oz Seltzer
Shake the first three ingredients with ice. Strain over ice in a collins glass and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
“Cascara de naranja” featured bartender cocktail
1.5 oz Peloton de la Muerta Pechuga Mezcal
.75 oz orange ginger cordial
.75 orange juice
.25 oz lemon juice
5-6 mint leaves
1.5 oz soda water
Garnish: mint sprig garnish and orange twist
Glassware: Collins
Method: combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker with ice; shake well; strain over fresh rocks into Collins glass; top with soda; pull with spoon to combine cocktail with soda water; garnish with. Mint sprig and expressed orange twist

*Must be 21+ to enjoy these cocktails
