Practical data analysis for due-diligence and recovery from an Insolvency Event
The insolvency of a principal contractor or key member of the supply-chain part-way through a project can cause huge disruption and financial issues for all the project stakeholders. Effective due-diligence and pre-planning for such an event can mitigate many of these issues.

In this webinar, we will consider the key information and analysis to be carried out to ensure that the stakeholders are protected, and that the impact of an insolvency event can be properly mitigated.

Managing Director @Proptech Analytics
My career in the construction industry dates to 1987 - working for a national building contractor. I trained as a contractor’s quantity surveyor, and qualified as a Chartered Builder (MCIOB). Since then, I have worked for a regional property developer, a specialist subcontractor and as a national housebuilder. After further study, I qualified as a chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and entered the property division. Thereafter, I joined a surveying practice in 2001, I went on to co-founding a specialist surveying practice in 2008 carrying out work for banks, insolvency practioners, and surety providers. In September 2017, I changed direction returning to King’s College to study Data Analytics. I then established Proptech Analytics Limited where I am developing various lending risk software solutions – including a ‘Big Data’ product to analyse property development lending information.
