Delivering Value to Students, Post-Pandemic
The pandemic disrupted the college experience for students. Now as higher education returns to a “new normal,” the expectations of students have shifted as well. Institutions need to create engaging and valuable experiences to enable students to discover their sense of belonging and purpose. In this webcast, two panels of higher education leaders will discuss approaches to improving the relevance of the student experience and how to communicate a college’s value proposition to key stakeholders.

During this free virtual event, part of the “NEXT Office Hour” series moderated by author and journalist Jeff Selingo, our panels will examine:

-What student experiences that emphasize hands-on learning and exploration can motivate students to invest in their success?
-How might colleges nurture student well-being and foster a sense of belonging by creating meaningful connections with faculty and mentors?
-What specific strategies and tools can institutional leaders use to measure the value of the student experience?

Panelists include:
-Lori Carrell, chancellor, University of Minnesota Rochester
-Adam Weinberg, president, Denison University
-R. Ethan Braden, vice president, marketing and communication, Purdue University
-Cheryl Hyman, vice provost academic alliances, Arizona State University
