Like many of their competitors, Bedford Development started out building all wood frame multifamily. Looking to speed up construction, they tried insulating concrete forms (ICFs), for the exterior walls. Now all their projects are built entirely out of concrete because of consistently faster builds, reduced utilities, quieter apartments, fewer vacancies, and greater profitability.
