Sussex Wildlife Trust will be hosting a series of webinars looking at some of the pressing issues that COP 26 will be addressing.
In our third COP 26 webinar we will be discussing a pressing issue. What is our future in the face of a changing climate?
Matthew Bird (Sussex Wildlife Trust) will look at the UK Climate Risk Assessment and the threats that climate change will pose to Britain's wildlife.
Nick Grey (Flood and Coastal Risk Management, Environment Agency) will look at the threats that sea level rise poses to coastal management and the work undertaken by statutory bodies.
Henri Brocklebank (Sussex Wildlife Trust) will talk about nature-based solutions to climate change and with two examples from current Sussex Wildlife Trust projects (Sussex Flow Initiative and Sussex Kelp Project).
This is a free online event which is open to everyone but registration is essential.
