Road Map to Re-Opening: Mental Health
The threat facing our institutions because of Covid-19, as well as lockdown and furlough, has placed huge strain on staff and colleagues, whether working or not.

We feel strongly that our members' mental health is as important a topic to discuss as their commercial health. We've therefore created this special webinar with three mental health experts, who all have experience of working with arts and heritage organisations.

Our panel of guest experts will discuss topics such as:
• How can we have conversations with managers/employees if they are struggling either during furlough or re-opening?
• What techniques are there for handling isolation , depression, and anxiety in the workplace?
• What have you found to be the main mental health issues during the Covid-19 pandemic, and how can we help one another through this crisis?

We're delighted to be joined by:
Vicki Cockman, who is the Workplace Lead at Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England CIC. Vicki leads a team working with organisations in a wide range of industries, supporting them to develop and implement Mental Health First Aid training programmes. Vicki is passionate about breaking stigma around mental health and creating workplaces where people feel able to talk about their mental wellbeing.

Dr Beverely Flint, chartered clinical psychologist and Head of Business Partnerships at C&I Wellbeing, an initiative of Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust, bringing NHS expertise to organisations who wish to improve the mental wellbeing of their workforce.

Tara Parashar, Founder at Tara Maitrī, mindful social media marketing. Tara has extensive experience of marketing and social media, previously working at the BBC and the National Theatre.

Hosted by Cultural Enterprises' Director of Digital, Tom Dykes.

You can participate in the live Q&A during the webinar, or alternatively submit questions in advance to info@culturalenterprises.org.uk.
