Dear Professors,

Thank you for being Speaker / Moderator of 19th TSSM and 1st OSAsia virtual conference. Please be informed you will receive 4 emails, include:
1) Mar. 27, Rm. 1
2) Mar. 28, Rm. 1
3) Mar. 27, Rm. 2
4) Mar. 28, Rm. 2

Please login correct date and room of your session at least 15mins before session start.

For Moderators:
1) Please mute the voice and turn off webcam during whole conference, expect your session.
2) When your session is about to start, we’ll ask you to unmute and turn on webcam
3) Please introduce each speaker before his/her video presentation.
4) Please say “請播放第一段演講(Please play the first video)” in Chinese to let our staff know to play the first video.…same steps for the other speakers of this session.
5) After all speakers’ video presentation, please host a discussion with all speakers.
6) Please introduce next moderator before you close the session.
7) Please do follow the conference program, do not end the session early.
8) We will play a 30 sec. advertising video before next session start if the time is available.
9) We’ll contact you with “Chat Room” if there is any necessary, please pay attention on it.
