Wellness Wednesday Webinar: Strengths as superpowers in a Crisis - COVID-19
Facilitated by The Positivity Institute

In crisis situations, our inner strengths can help us survive and it is these same strengths that can help us recover from a crisis. This webinar explores the science of strength-based theory and it can be applied to business leadership when dealing with a crisis, like COVID-19.

As a business owner or manager, this workshop will help you:

Understand your own inner strengths that can support your resilience
How to develop your inner strengths to cope with stress and a crisis
How to use your strengths during COVID-19
Identify the strengths of your team and how to use these strengths during a crisis

The webinar will introduce you to the latest science and case studies of organisations that have adopted a strengths-based model to drive the culture of their business and use these strengths when in a crisis.

This will be an interactive session where you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and walk away with a set of business leadership tools that you can apply to your own work and home situation.

Speaker: Paul Saunders, Psychologist and Senior Associate with The Positivity Institute will share case studies and examples through his own research and recent work with leaders who are making changes to ensure success for their organisations and teams during the COVID-19 crisis.

Throughout the COVID-19 crisis Paul has been working as a coach for leaders and their teams, supporting them through these VUCA times. Paul works across all the three levels of government: federal, state and local council, as well as working with leaders of global firms, national companies, local businesses, and first responders in helping them through the recent stages of change driven by COVID-19.
