This 1-hour webinar will explore outcomes from the RDA Libraries for Research Data (L4RD) Interest Group with presentations describing the initiatives that developed the outcomes, the impact they have made, and will also explore related initiatives that have benefited from these outcomes. Connie Clare will present an overview of Engaging Researchers with Data Management: The Cookbook, an output that contains 24 case studies on how institutions can effectively engage with researchers about research data.
Top 10 FAIR Data & Software Things
Christopher Erdmann, will present an overview of the The Top 10 FAIR Data & Software Things output featuring brief guides (stand alone, self paced training materials), called "Things", that can be used by the research community to understand how they can make their research (data and software) more FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable). He will also share the impact and influence the “Things” have had on other community projects and initiatives.
