MAR Lunch & Learn (January 30 ~ 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm)

2023 MAR President Carmen McPhail invites you to the first Lunch & Learn of 2023. MAR will host the Maine Land Use and Planning Commission (https://www.maine.gov/dacf/lupc/index.shtml) for a session regarding Maine's Unorganized Territories and what you need to know.

Our guest presenters will provide an overview of the Land Use Planning Commission’s role as the planning and zoning administrator for Maine’s Unorganized Territories. Their discussion will include how permits for development projects are obtained and reviewed, and the standards that apply to residential and commercial development proposals. There will be time for Q&A. Please grab some lunch and join us!
