Vice President R&D

Joe Royer is currently the Vice President of R&D for ClockSpring|NRI and GeoTree Solutions, the producer of GeoSpray Mortar. He was promoted to that position after the acquisition of Milliken Infrastructure Solutions, LLC by ClockSpring NRI in June 2019. He previously served as the Development Manager for Milliken Infrastructure. Prior to that, he was the Director of Innovation for the Performance Products Division at Milliken & Company, a role he held since 2010. Joe has written numerous papers and presented design details for structural pipe rehabilitation systems using geopolymer mortars. In addition to this structural knowledge, he has supervised installations in the U.S., South America, Canada, Hong Kong and Eastern Europe.
