In 2023, we launched a new strategic plan. From the beginning, we committed to engaging the Ann Bancroft Foundation community in the planning process, including the alumnae – the Trailblazers – who have received grants, mentors who guide the process, partners who enhance the impact, and supporters who fund us. The strategic planning process, like the plan itself, has been adaptive – focused on providing the space needed to engage, listen, and learn.
