This class will focus on the "Master Recipe" from the best selling cookbook "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day". Prepare your first batch of dough along with Liz in class.

Ingredients:
3 cups warm water
1 Tbs active dry yeast - 1 Tbs rapid rise or 1.3 ounces fresh cake yeast are alternatives
1 1/2 Tbs coarse salt-sea salt, kosher salt, or mineral salt
6 1/2 cups all purpose, unbleached flour- if you would like to add whole wheat, 1 cup whole wheat 5 1/2 cups all purpose flour
corn meal for dusting pizza peel

Equipment:
5qt container with lid-a large bowl or pot is fine for this class
baking stone or cast iron pan-used to cook your bread on
baking sheet with sides-
Pizza peel or baking sheet
