Mok O'Keeffe

MOK has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources and Training roles at Harrods, Boots the Chemists and Yum! Restaurants. He has led organizational innovation teams in London and New York and works across industry with organisations such as Google, Lloyds Banking Group, McDonald’s and NSG Glass Manufacturing. In a recent training programme for Lloyds Bank 94% of delegates gave an excellent rating. MOK gained a Bachelors’ Degree from the University of London and a postgraduate in Law and Industrial Relations from The University of Leicester. He has studied Innovation at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge and is a member of the CIPD. He is a huge fan of Chayton Christensen, the father of Disruptive Innovation, and was delighted to attend lectures from the Harvard Business School professor in 2017. MOK has been a guest lecturer on the MA in Innovation Management at Central St Martins, teaches innovation at Ashridge Business School.
