EUSA is pleased to invite you to the Webinar titled "Barriers to female officials in sports", in which our estimated speakers will address dynamics regarding women being less likely than men to become sports officials. The roundtable will address gender equality in officiating and discuss the barriers that female officials in sports face; it will present initiatives in place to combat discrimination against female officials with a few of them sharing their experience in this area.
The topics of officiating opportunities for women at all levels, initiatives to give women national and international experience, and mentoring programmes and campaigns to make officiating attractive to women will be touched.
