Kea DHCP Spring 2023 Webinar series
This series of 5 webinars will cover the following topics:

23 Feb - Hands-on lab using Stork to manage Kea
Stork is ISC's graphical monitoring and management application for Kea DHCP. Stork allows you to monitor the failover status of your DHCP servers, view pool utilization across multiple servers and export all your activity statistics to Prometheus and Grafana.

30 Mar - Configuring vendor options in Kea
Over time, the DHCP protocol has added multiple ways to deliver configuration parameters through vendor options (DHCPv4 options 60/43 and 124/125 as well as DHCPv6 options 16/17). In this webinar we demystify the use of vendor options in DHCP and explain how to translate vendor option configuration examples for ISC DHCP into a working Kea DHCP setup. In the hands-on lab part, we learn how to request vendor options from a Linux host to verify our DHCP configuration.

20 Apr - Netbox and Kea DHCP
Netbox (https://docs.netbox.dev) is an asset management system, which includes IPAM and DCIM functions. In an IT environment it serves as the source of truth. Other services can (should) use Netbox as its backend. We use Netbox as an example of how to integrate Kea DHCP into open source or commercial IPAM (IP Address Management) and DCIM (Datacenter Infrastructure Management). In this webinar we will explore the use of Kea REST API to connect Kea DHCP to external systems. During the hands-on lab session, participants will be able to experience the integration between Kea DHCP and Netbox live.

16 May - Migrating to Kea from ISC DHCP
In this webinar we discuss the process of migration, including planning, configuration, testing and lease migration.

07 Jun - Using the new dynamic templates in Kea
