Triin is the Co-Founder of Sie Ventures, a Capital Platform supporting female founders with fundraising by providing better access to network, capital, and support. Formerly she was Vice President at The Venture Collective, investing in companies across US and UK. She was also an early-stage investor at Founders Factory where she was looking after accelerator investments for The Guardian, easyJet, Aviva, and CSC.

Originally from Estonia, she has spent the past eight years in the UK and has since been helping businesses from Nordics and Baltics to expand to the UK market through the Swedish Growth Program and the British Estonian Chamber of Commerce. She is also on the Steering Committee of Royal Academy of Engineering Entrepreneurship Hub and Channel L
