Mark Steadman

Mark Steadman serves as Head of DTCC Report Hub services at DTCC. Specializing in trade reporting and risk management, Mark has led numerous projects through transformation and change management at DTCC since 2014 and was recently DTCC’s European Head of Product Development and Change Management for the Global Trade Repository (GTR) service. Prior to DTCC, Mark held various positions at UBS, National Australia Bank, and Sapient where he co-led its regulatory reporting practice and engagements on CFTC and EMIR reporting. Mark holds a Bachelors in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Leeds University, UK, and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, Australia.
Valentino (Val) Wotton
Managing Director, Product Development and Strategy, Repository and Derivatives Services @DTCC
Valentino (Val) Wotton is Managing Director of Product Development and Strategy, Repository and Derivatives Services at DTCC where he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s multi award-winning Global Trade Repository (GTR) service, DTCC Report Hub and Trade Information Warehouse (TIW). Within this role, Val leads efforts to identify opportunities to enhance the services to meet the evolving operational and regulatory compliance needs of DTCC’s global client base as well as helps the firm to innovate around the core principles of automation, standardization and utilization. Additionally, Val is the Executive Sponsor of DTCC’s Women’s Initiative for Networking and Success (WINS). Prior to joining DTCC, Val served as Global Head of Markets Post Trade Services and Europe Markets Operations at Barclays, with oversight for derivatives, securities, futures and clearing.
Andrew Pinnington
Advisor @DTCC Consulting Services
Andrew Pinnington is an Advisor to DTCC Consulting Services where he assists clients to address reporting and operational challenges. Prior to this role, he was Head of EMEA Derivatives Reporting at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for regulatory change, BAU and delegated reporting across EMIR, SFTR, Swiss reporting, REMIT and other reporting obligations. In previous roles, Andrew worked for Elixirr where he implemented the first iterations of EMIR and CFTC reporting for various banks, alongside operational improvement projects. Andrew holds a First Class degree from the University of Cambridge in Social & Political Sciences.
