Learn how regenerative farming and grazing practices can reverse climate change by rebuilding soil to capture carbon, retain water and increase soil biodiversity. Examples of regenerative agriculture from Coos and Curry Counties will be given.
Dr. Ann Schmierer brings her science and engineering background to conservation and the understanding of climate change. Ann has been the Executive Director of Wild Rivers Land Trust for the last 4 years. She is excited to share the natural climate solutions that are readily available through conservation of land, water and agricultural lands.
