Ontario Tech U (OTU) and Tech for Good Canada (TFGC) are collaborating on a research project aimed at studying online Canadian youth activism and promoting pro-social civic engagement with digital media.

Meeting Outline:

- Intro by Janette, Jennifer to welcome teachers - 5 mn
- Presentation of social media activism and the challenge (Caroline) - 15 mn
- How can you and your students get involved - 10 mn
- Project timeline : 11/ 27 and 12/ 10 - 5 mn

OTU & TFGC will also offer professional learning opportunities for interested teachers on topics like critical digital citizenship.
