Michael is a Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft supporting a portfolio of Retail/CPG customers in the Northeast. Prior to this role in customer success, Michael was a CRM consultant for Microsoft's Dynamics 365 platform beginning just after his 2015 graduation from Cornell University. Beyond Microsoft, Michael is pursuing an MSW at Yeshiva University, sits on the board of nonprofit Gift of Adoption's NY Metro-area chapter, and is an advisor to the Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business. He is local to, and lives in, New York City.
