Hiring the Right District Manager, While Staying in Compliance with Applicable Laws
The first half of the presentation will review the general dos and don’ts of hiring, including permissible qualification requirements, job postings, and interview questions. This general information can be applied to the hiring process for any District position, including District Manager. The next half of the presentation, is specifically designed to assist boards to identify the best qualified candidate for District Manager.
