He is a board-certified rehabilitation counselor, certified disability management specialist, a certified rehabilitation counselor by the U.S. Department of Labor, and a vocational expert under contract with the Social Security Administration. Mr. Vega holds a master of science degree in Applied Economics/Financial Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
