On Tuesday March 21 at 10:00 a.m. join us for the second webinar in the Cyber Security webinar series, Responding to an Attack: Cyber Insurance and Incident Response for Municipalities. This session will dive into the cyber insurance marketplace, how has it evolved over the past few years, and how it can help protect your municipality.
We will be joined again by Bryan Hurd, Managing Director and Chief of the Seattle Office with AON Cyber Solutions, along with Ady Sharma, Vice President and Cyber Growth Leader for Canada with AON Cyber Solutions. Bryan and Ady will share insights from their experiences and guide participants through incident response hygiene, including tips and best practices for effectively responding to a cyber attack.

Bryan Hurd is a globally recognized computer forensics leader and expert in cyber crisis response, investigations, and operations. Bryan was the founder of the Cyber Counterintelligence program for the US Navy at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) in 1994 and has gone on to hold executive positions at the Microsoft Cyber Crime Center, founding the computer forensics program at EDS (Now HP) and, the US watchlisting system at the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). Bryan is a globally recognized keynote speaker, serves on several corporate boards, and leads some of the most significant breach responses in Canada and the US today. Alongside his long-standing role as a Cyber Insurance Broker, Ady Sharma is Aon Cyber Solution’s Growth Leader. Based in Toronto, Ady focuses on assisting organizations in identifying their cyber & privacy exposures, and subsequently designing risk transfer plans and negotiating favorable insurance contracts with local and international carriers. He is also responsible for ensuring the overall growth of Aon’s cyber solutions practice. He manages the delivery of all cyber security services that Aon offers, including but not limited to cyber risk assessments and incident response planning and insurance placement.
