The Science of Canine Castration and Practical Tips for Clinics
Part one of the Virbac 'Neutering & Behaviour Hot Topics For Nurses' mini-series.

“The Science of Canine Castration and Practical Tips for Clinics” will be presented by Dr Michelle Kutzler and Nicola Lakeman on Thursday 9th December 2021 at 7:30pm; followed by an online mixology course to create a bit of your own Christmas sparkle. The ingredients list will be sent out and posted on our social channels soon, so you can join along at home!

Learning objectives:

In this webinar Dr Kutzler will focus on the science, reasoning and risks of surgical castration, as well as the medical option of Suprelorin. This will be followed by Nicola Lakeman discussing her tips for how to implement the scientific knowledge of castration into the nursing consult, with recommendations on performing a successful neutering discussion.
