Mollengarden, Esq., B.C.S. (@Kaye Bender Rembaum) Peter C. Mollengarden is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law and has spent his entire 32 year legal career concentrating on community association law; including several years as an attorney in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area representing developers and preparing condominium and homeowners association documents. Since 1992, he has represented community associations in South Florida regarding all aspects of community association law. Mr. Mollengarden has also been a frequent lecturer for organizations serving community associations and related businesses and is currently the co-host of “Condo Solutions”, a call-in radio program that airs every Monday morning from 9:05 to 10:00 a.m. on WSTU 1450 AM in Stuart, Florida. Mr. Mollengarden graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia in 1981, and the University of Miami School of Law in 1984.
