Tannis is the CEO of Trillium Advisory Group. Having begun her career in the field, she spent over 10 years wearing out steel-toed boots while accumulating a wealth of hands-on experience in the intricacies of construction project delivery. Since then, she has worked with some of the largest and most respected facility owner, engineering, and construction organizations globally to develop and optimize processes, educate and train project teams, and deploy new technologies. Tannis is an active industry advancement advocate. She has been a guest lecturer at the University of Houston and for the Construction Industry Institute (CII) at the University of Texas at Austin. Tannis speaks at industry conferences globally on topics of industry innovation, Advanced Work Packaging, 4D/5D Planning, and advancing opportunities for women in construction. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is certified in project management by Stanford's Center for Professional Development.
Barry Cymbaluk

Barry is a motivated construction professional with a diverse industry background. He started his career in the construction trades, achieving dual Journeyman tickets in welding and steamfitting. Since then, he has gained experience in project planning and coordination roles on projects ranging in size and scope. Barry is a collaborative Advisor with a continuous improvement focus. He is a strong advocate of digitization to drive quantifiable improvements on construction projects. Barry is a Red Seal Endorsed (RSE) Steamfitter and Welder, has achieved Certified ScrumMaster credentials through the Scrum Alliance, and is a thought leader in the application of Agile workflows in the construction industry.
