CAMP PODS Webinar - Presentation 3 with Kelly Zibrik
CAMP PODS is a webinar series consisting of 10 sessions, one-hour in length, which will take place on the first Thursday of each month.

The goal of this series is to build a strong Oncology Laboratory Medicine community, where best practices and common challenges can be discussed. Insights gained will be key to implement across Canada and will help streamline laboratory workflows and practice for laboratory medicine, the end result of which will be improvements in the patient journey.

1. Describe the role of the Nurse Navigator in thoracic oncology at BC Cancer Vancouver.
2. Recognize current challenges in triage workflow in relation to pathology practice.
3. Specify opportunities for improving molecular-biomarker turnaround times for cancer patients.
4. Identify key actions that pathologists can do to improve patient triage in oncology.
