Sainty, Hird & Partners in association with the City Mental Health Alliance is pleased to invite you to a webinar with special guest, former England rugby captain Dylan Hartley.
Dylan Hartley, winner of 97 international caps, will share his story in conversation with Ralph Grayson, Partner at Sainty, Hird & Partners. Dylan will talk about his experience as an elite sportsman, as well as sport's increasing demand on players and the toll it is taking on their mental health. He will also talk about the importance of having more open conversations about mental health, and how we can all start a conversation about this sensitive issue. Dylan will then be joined in a panel discussion by Brian Heyworth, Chair of CMHA and Co-Managing Partner at Lansdowne Partners and Anastasia Vinnikova, Wellbeing Lead at the Bank of England. They will discuss their experiences of protecting and supporting wellbeing in highly pressured and demanding environments, be that the sports field or the corporate workplace.
