In this seminar, experienced maltster and brewer Mike Heinrich will thoroughly explain each of the Malt COA specifications and a how a maltster / brewer may be able to control them within their processes.
Following the breakdown of the COA, he will show how to simplify the specifications by bucketing them into categories. This bucketed analysis helps make the COA more approachable, allowing brewers to better utilize the specifications they receive with their malt shipment.
Mike's presentation will be followed by a 20 minute Q&A for attendees to ask questions.
